Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9b3pre) Gecko/2008013014 Fedora/3.0b3pre-0.beta2.15.nightly20080130.fc9 Minefield/3.0b3pre

If I attempt to drag a tab to the Desktop, I get a dialog that says:
=======
Drag and drop is not supported.

Drag and drop is only supported on local file systems
=======

The desktop certainly is a local file system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag tab to desktop (GNOME)

Actual Results:
Error

Expected Results:
A desktop file created with a URL shortcut, or something along those lines.
This was reported much earlier than the bug this is duped to, but I'm hoping the other one will get traction.

This is NOT a duplicate of 481693.

Read the description. It has to do with URL shortcut creation, not tab management (despite the misleading title).
True, but the behavior referenced here has been subsumed by the behavior from that bug.
