Regardless of how I dismiss that dialog, I am no longer able to close any tabs in that window using the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl-W), but only in that window - other windows in the same firefox instance work normally. Subsequent attempts to create bookmarks this way (in any window/tab) give me a much smaller add bookmark dialog (3 fields), and no longer causes this bug. (Ex, trigger bug on one window, create new window with Ctrl-N, close all tabs in previous window, then adding a bookmark gives me a smaller dropdown and does not trigger the bug - I am able to close windows normally in that new window.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new firefox session (3.0b2) 2. Open several tabs. 3. Bookmark a tab using Ctrl-D. (Must not be previously bookmarked.) 4. Click Done or Delete in that bookmark dialog. 5. Attempt to close that tab or any other in that window using Ctrl-W. 6. Close a tab using Ctrl-W in another window. 7. Bookmark another tab using Ctrl-D and note the reduced dialog.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b3pre) Gecko/2008020404 Minefield/3.0b3pre Latest build passes test outlined in original report. I always get the smaller bookmark dialog with just Name, Folder, & Tags, and keyboard shortcuts still work after bookmarking. Sorry for the noise, I tend to stick with public betas rather than the nightly builds. Feel free to close bug.
