415290 - need cvs copy of nsSOAPTypes.cpp

In bug 415134 I asked for some webservices files to be copied to schema-validation .  I thought we could live without nsSOAPTypes.cpp, but it looks like changing the code to remove its functionality is going to be more headache than its worth.  Please copy nsSOAPTypes from webservices to schema-validation.

This is strictly a copy request; please don't remove the original file from webservices.  Thanks.
