I realize these are not really the same categories, in that they're for different products, but I still say we should be consistent.

Counting is hard; maybe I'm slightly dyslexic; 4 comes after 3, not 2 :)

We'll opt for &, which we can change in the devcp at any time.  Don't think we need a bug on it, though.
