Details

The 3.2 reskin makes the Dev CP look pretty fugly. Need to go through and make it look presentable, without doing too much work since it'll be revamped in the upcoming months.
Fixed. I ended up doing more than just reskinning... sorta completely redid the Developers index, although it looks wayyyy better now and has room for expansion. I also moved disabling/enabling add-ons from the edit page to its own menu item.

Verified FIXED; styles are fine using Firefox 2/3 on the Developers pages (spot-checking on Opera, Safari, and IE 6/7 reveals they're fine too).
