415567 - When I drag the address icon into a folder that is on my bookmarks toolbar, The folder wont open.

You know the little picture to the right of the URL in the addy bar, i drag that to a folder on my bookmark toolbar and it used to open up the folder so i can put it in a different folder or put it where i want inside the folder, not anymore.

Also When i move something around in my folders on my bookmark toolbar the little line indicated where it will be moved 2, is never in sync with my cursor which makes it very difficult to move around.

1.drag addy icon to bookmark toolbar folder.
2.try to move a bookmark around inside the folder.
