Add-ons and Page Info tab icons change their color when not selected and not hovered. Preferences icons should match that style, or the other way around.

This bug is already obsolete for Linux. On Windows, new icons for Add-ons and Page Info are yet to come. Until this has happened, this bug is pretty much useless.
