In the mockup, the logged-in section is titled "Developer Tools". As this section as has a My Account area and will show up for everyone logged in, not just developers, it should be called something else.
Perhaps "Welcome, Justin" or remove the title altogether?

I like the "Welcome, Justin" idea. It makes it immediately clear that you're actually logged in, and that this section relates to you.

Someone was supposed to notice by now that I literally put "Welcome, Justin" there. Oh well, fixed it for real. If the user has a first name set, it will use that. If not, it will try a nickname. If no nickname, will try last name because we imported the single "name" field from v2 into last name. If no last name, will just say "Welcome".
