shortening summary per justdave's orders, summaries will have a shorter limit in
future
Summary: so it cannot be repositioned without moving or resizing the start menu. The download file dialog box appears at the top of the screen, whether the start menu is there or not. Clicking a link to download a file will cause the dialog to appear under… → download file dialog box appears at the top of the screen

Is this still WFM if you have the taskbar at the top of the screen instead of
the bottom?
