Details

Create a new editor document.
Note the debug output message "Updating 'create' commands", which indicates
that DocumentStateListener::NotifyDocumentCreated() has been called.
Don't type anything, but open another document instead. 
This loads the new URL into the existing Composer window.
NotifyDocumentCreated is not called -- you do not see the debug message.
