The website needs to have a few modifications to understand that there is now a 3.2 branch. At the least, it needs a docs-searching choice that works for 3.2.

I just committed the one-line change to etc/docs-versions to add docs build for the 3.2 branch docs.  It's live in production already if you hand-key the URL, but I haven't added any links to it on the docs page yet.

Everything is now fixed as far as I can see.
