415954 - upgrade from firefox 3 beta2 to firefox 3 beta 3 rc2 results in missing home button

Upon updating from Fx3b2 release to Fx3b3RC2, the Home button disappears. In addition, when later opening Fx3B2 then back to Fx3B3, Forward/Back buttons missing in beta 2. When this problem is rectified (Set to default in 'Customise...' toolbar menu), in beta3 RC2 the Home button returns yet Forward/back buttons now missing. Home button cannot be found in any menu in FxB3RC2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have Fx 3 Beta 2 release
2.Go to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/3.0b3-candidates/rc2/
3. Download en-US.win32.installer.exe update
4.Install as normal
Actual Results:  
Home button not present on  Fx3B3
Switch back to Fx3B2, Forward/Back buttons no longer present. 
Right click on 'Favorites star' on Address bar, select 'Customize...'
Select 'Restore default set...' then switch back to Fx3B3RC2.
Home button then visible on Fx3B3, however when clicking on 'Restore default set...' removes the Home button.

Expected Results:  
Navigation toolbar should show home button.

The home button has been moved to the bookmarks toolbar, see bug 404109. -> Invalid?
The back/forward button has been changed to an unified button in Beta 3.

If it is indeed not on your bookmarks toolbar, than please reopen this bug.
