416198 - Update the footer on www.mozilla.org

We should make the following changes to the footer on www.mozilla.org and also make sure that the home page footer and template footers are the same (for instance, Community Blogs is on the home page footer but not on the footer of other pages).

-- Add a link to the Privacy Policy (http://www.mozilla.org/privacy-policy.html)

-- Add a link for Support Options (http://www.mozilla.org/support/)

-- Remove link to Site Map and redirect that page to http://www.mozilla.org (An unmaintained site map is more confusing for people than no site map)

-- Remove link to Donate (We'll be adding a top-level Contribute link soon so having Donate in the footer will be redundant)

-- Add link to Community Blogs and International Affiliates to template footers and also add line break after "individual mozilla.org contributors;"

This would make the footers look like this:

1st line: 
Community Blogs  Support Options  Security Updates  Privacy Policy  Contact Us

2nd line:
International Affiliates: Mozilla Europe - Mozilla Japan - Mozilla China

3rd line:

The footer was updated recently.  Closing as fixed.
