The window is called Attach File(s) and is presently pointing to my desktop folder Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.write new or reply to email button 2.begin typing 3.after a few strokes the attach file window pops up Checked the computer for virus. None found. Shoul I just remove eudora and reinstall?

Isn't that just the dialog you get when you hit Attach... (to add attachments) in thunderbird? Don't know why that would pop up though. Did the mail body have focus, and any content written in the mail body? Or maybe you just hit some shortcut for it... I doubt it's anything dangerous though.

I reinstalled Eudora and that solved the problem.
