Details
The stop button for the mail window is always active even if there isn't a
transfer happening. It should only be active if a transfer is taking place.

For Linux build 2000100509 the stop button is now greyed out if there is no
transfer happening. Marking FIXED.

Checked on NT and Mac and appears to be fixed.
