On the new language tools landing page, experimental add-ons are not displayed well:
- The "experimental" flag overlays the add-on name
- the preview image has a weird border image around/behind it
This does not show up for non-experimental add-ons in the same spot.

I fixed this in r10311. We were missing a <div>.

Verified; even in IE 6 (in addition to testing in Firefox 2.0.0.12), this looks good.
