runtests.p{l,y}.in pulls in bookmarks chrome as part of userChrome.css. I don't know what this is supposed to accomplish, but it really shouldn't be there. In SeaMonkey it results in an error in the Error Console, although there seem to be no other adverse effects.

I think these style rules are there to make the window easily distinguishable from other Firefox windows? The color should be enough for that, I think, so we can probably just remove the background-image line (that image only exists on the Mac anyways).
