Might similar to bug 412774, however the count of leaking nsGlobalWindows is different here. 

 0 TOTAL                                          28  1041881   317959    37462 ( 1172.49 +/-  1285.74)   957006    28318 ( 1351.10 +/-  1927.33)

Steps to reproduce:
* New Firefox Profile - 2 default tabs open - Firefox Firstrun Page and Startpage
* Go to https://paypal.com (you will see the SSL Connection Failed Error Page
* Quit Firefox and restart firefox and wait till the tabs are restored
* Close Firefox again
--> Leak
