Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Page Info. Actual Results: For less than a second, the Media panel is hidden. Expected Results: The media panel should be shown before the window is opened, only if the page has media resources, of course.

Are you still seeing this in Firefox 3.6?
