Build 2000-06-05-09M16: Win95, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

Overview: In Account Settings the IMAP and News Server panels have a string of
text that should be removed, "kB per message". This appears below the "Check for
new messages every # minutes" option.

The problem does not appear for POP Server panels.

Actually, for the POP Server panel 'kB per message' does appear in the following
statement:

"Limit message download to # kB per message". Maybe it's related? Thanks to Seth
for noticing this.
