You mean that you are using a webmail feature of this mail server ?
Do you get the same in the Firefox safemode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode)?
Please attach a testcase if this doesn't work in the safemode.

I get the same problem in safe mode.
The error console list the following error when the new mail window is opened:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMNSHTMLDocument.execCommand]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: http://100.0.0.11:591/default/htmlEdit.js?v=39348ffb0c26eb986dba539a23ad0c1c :: anonymous :: line 221" data: no]
There a number of warnings as well.
The buttons work if you disable "Compose messages in HTML format" in the Kerio webmail settings but you can no longer send HTML e-mails.

Does this still happen in firefox 3.6.6 or later in a fresh profile?
