At the Netcenter sign-in page, enter your user name and password, click submit,
and... nothing happens. 22 March M3

I see this in the console:

JavaScript error: allowedchar has no properties

Seems to indidcate the javascript that is validating the form is causing
problems.

Netcenter changes their pages frequently, it seems - the error message on this
one has changed already to "document.proform.U2_USERNAME has no properties"
though the bug appears the same - javascript related.  I'll try to narrow it
down.  Tentatively marking M6 as it's not a crasher.
Harish is also working on this bug, as it is related to some recent bad-content
changes.
