When dragging the home button to the content area, the URL bar, or anywhere 
else, the click is not released upon dropping/mouseup.  Thus, when you pass the 
mouse back over the home button, it becomes "pushed" again (just as if the left 
mouse button was down) and will continue to act in this manner until you click 
it once to 'reset' it's click behavior.
