Steps to reproduce:
1. about:crashes
2. Click "Remove Reports" button at the top.

Proposed fix:

-deleteconfirm.description=This will delete all reports and cannot be undone

This isn't late-l10n, as it doesn't affect localizers, unless you really want to make sure they add the period, too.
