417082 - Various problems attempting to add the 'Exit' toolbar button

There are various problems attempting to add the 'Exit' toolbar button to the toolbars:

1) Windows only allows it to be added to the Composition window's toolbar
2) Mac does not allow it at all

To reproduce:

WINDOWS:
- Right click the standard toolbar and select Customize
- Attempt to add the File->Exit menu item to the toolbar.
- Item is not available

MAC:
- Right click the standard toolbar or the composition window toolbar
- Attempt to add Eudora->Exit
- Note the 'Eudora' menu is not an option in the edit toolbar dialog
