The Software Update window's titlebar contains the standard OS X "toggle toolbar" button. This button is useless since there is no toolbar in the Software Update window to show or hide -- clicking the button does nothing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help -> Check for Updates...
Actual Results:
The Software Update window's titlebar contains a useless button.
Expected Results:
The Software Update window's titlebar does not contain a useless button.

After more searching, I found bug 328165, which this is almost certainly a dupe of. My apologies.
