User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; pt-BR; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; pt-BR; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 After I installed firefox, Windows Update is not working anymore - error 80072ee2 (even inside IE) and Windows live messenger (8.1) is not working anymore too - error 81000306. I am not able to access any webpage inside microsoft domain (www.microsoft.com, http://*.update.microsoft.com or http://download.windowsupdate.com) or webpages such as www.globo.com or www.myspace.com (also even inside IE). I tried to uninstall Firefox, but the problem remained. It is critical because I'm loosing security paths from microsoft. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Just open Windows Live Messenger 2.Just start Windows update 3.Just access the sites listed above Actual Results: I received error codes and softwares don't work. On the webpages, they remain loading all the time, but without success. Expected Results: Be able to use the softwares and see these webpages with firefox. I'm using a laptop HP Pavilion dv6232br.
