6/6/2000 nightly build crashes on NT 4.0sp6, Pentium II, about 2-3 sec. after splash screen with the error: instruction at 0x78002f3e tried to read memory at 0x1. The memory could not be "read". Vis C++ debugger reported: MSVCRT.DLL: Access violation.
greg, did you delete previous versions of mozilla and your mozregistry.dat file?

yes, you should delete the previous version of mozilla, including the users50 directory with your profile. also kill all moz*.dat files in your windows directory.
