Stock icons in menu bar should be updated when changing the WM icon-theme while firefox3 is open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox3
2. see menu icons
3. change system icons
4. see system icons
5. see menu icons
Actual Results:  
the old system icons are used

Expected Results:  
the new ones should be used

Tested on Arch Linux, Gnome 2.20.3 and Firefox 3.0b3

Bug 226791 is about firefox themes. This bug is about gtk icon themes.

Please reopen. This is NOT about firefox theme switching. it's about how firefox reacts to when a user changes his/her gnome icon them.
