Add bookmarks should default to the last selected folder, no the "bookmarks menu". It makes more sense. There are more probabilities that i would choose the same folder, than the bookmark menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press control-D
2. Select folderX from the dropdown box.
3. Open another page.
4. Press control-D
Actual Results:  
Instead of defaulting to folder folderX, it would again default to "bookmarks menu".

Expected Results:  
Should default to last selected folder.
