Jan_Mayen.ics can be removed and no longer packaged with builds once the patch for bug 410931 lands, since Jan Mayen is no longer in the 2007k Olson timezone update.

I think we don't use any of the .ics files in mozilla/calendar/libical/zoneinfo, the files are just laying around because they are part of libical. The internal timezone definitions are directly created from the Olson database via some script if I recall correctly.

Pls note that this bug is independent of bug 418336. The proposed CVS removal of Jan_Mayen.ics here will refer to trunk if that bug gets resolved fixed.

Martin, now that bug 410931 has been fixed, should this be done before 0.8 RC1 gets spun?

The Jan_Mayen.ics file can now be cvs removed now that 0.8 is released, in order to resolve this bug.
