When select bate papo uol show mensssage erro, and no enter.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter URL http://tc.batepapo.uol.com.br/
2.select grup
3.enter
4, Show erro
Actual Results:  
Erro and no enter the bate papo (chat)

Expected Results:  
Enter  the chat

Where on the page, do I need to be to enter the chat (select grup)?

I got some additional info from Daniel by mail:

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
