Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 I started Firefox (2.0.0.9 or 2.0.0.11, not sure yet). It said there is a new version. After downloding and making the update process there was an error message, Firefox started again with the old version. When starting it the 3rd time there was a message that something went wrong with the Update and that Firefox will try again. After this, Firefox was deleted from my hard disk and also the Firefox Icon in the Quick Launch Bar disappeared (was turned into a Command Prompt icon). Later I detected that the hard disk was full and might have caused the problem. Firefox did not came up with any error message in that direction... Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make the hard disk full. 2. Start a version of Firefox that is older and wants to update itself. 3. Restart Firefox some times and see what kind of different errors accure. Actual Results: Firefox was gone. Expected Results: Firefox should have restarted with version 2.0.0.12. If the hard disk is full it should cancel the update and show an error message "hard disk full" instead of deleting itself without update.
