Details

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Start Thunderbird and go to Calendar-mode
2) Edit an event
3) Try to "Invite Attendees"

Actual Results: 

Edit Item Dialog is messed up, Invite Attendees Dialog is not showing up. Error Console shows:

Edit Item Dialog should work, Invite Attendees Dialog should show up, no messages in error console
