Details
There seems to be a difference in wheather I right-click to the right of the
account name in the Mail Folders pane or on the |> arrow just left of the
account name. I'm not getting the New Folder option when I right-click on the |>
arrow.

Most likely it's because right clicking on the twisty doesn't select the folder
while right clicking elsewhere does. Moving to M18 for polish.

The problem is that "serverType" in fillFolderPaneContextMenu() is null when
you right-click on to the left of the mail-server icon. Rightclicking
otherplaces makes "serverType" IMAP. It seems like twisty doesn't have the
right context...

Build 2001-02-19-08: NT4, Linux RH 6.2, Mac 9.04
Verified Fixed. The same context menu appears when I right-click to the right or
left of the account name or the account name twisty.
