Select Profile window appears when importing bookmarks from a file, the window appears just before the file selector window appears, then, it closes itself.

Note that I don't have any profile to import from.

I was not able to reproduce this with latest trunk on Windows XP.

Note that this happens very quick, you will have a better chance to see it if you move the File selector window to a corner of the screen, and then try again.

Andres, can you still reproduce? i did not see any other report of this kind, so for now i'm marking as WFM, but feel free to reopen if you can still reproduce with current version.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
