The file at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/js/rhino1_7R1-RC3.zip has permissions -rw-r-----, making it impossible for general public to download. Could you please change it to -rw-r--r--? Thanks.

Just a note that Norris (the file owner) is on a vacation until next week, in a location where I believe he has no Internet access, so he won't be able to fix that himself, hence this request.
