myself and clearly others miss the mouse-scrolling option in the search toolbar, but others find it annoying.
hence I'd like to propose some option in about:config maybe, or somewhere else where users can enable-disable this feature.
if i've posted this in the wrong place, please inform me, i belive (and hope) i haven't.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
no mouse-scrolling search engines

Expected Results:
give me an option to enable this
OS: Other → All
Hardware: PC → All
It was changed to Ctrl+Scroll in bug 410603.

i know it was, this time i'm asking for an option to manualy enable/disable this feature, instead of leaving it completly disabled. (so users select whether to have to press ctrl or not)
