This version of Firefox seems to not handle flash content very well, it often times crashes.  http://www.addictinggames.com/13daysinhell.html demonstrates crashing every time and other sites such as YouTube crash often.  This behavior is not present in Firefox 2.0.0.12 or Opera 9.25.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.addictinggames.com/13daysinhell.html

Actual Results:  
The browser immediately crashes when browsing to this site.

Expected Results:  
It should load the flash game, and not cause the browser to crash.

I am using Adobe Flash Player 9,0,115,0

Correction: This causes most sites such as YouTube to hang or freeze instead of immediately crashing.

You can't request blocking in an unconfirmed bug report, this is also core:plugins. Does it hang or does it also (sometimes) crash ?
We need the breakpad ID if it crashes and we need someone to reproduce this or better with a stack trace if it hangs.

As far as I can tell Firefox 3b3 usually hangs on these sites but on the particular site (http://www.addictinggames.com/13daysinhell.html) I posted it crashes.  When I browsed to this site it crashed but I cannot find my breakpad ID in /home/<user-name>/.mozilla/firefox/Crash Reports/pending or /home/<user-name>/.mozilla/firefox/Crash Reports/submitted.  We need someone to reproduce this who can tell more about what is happening.  Tell me if I can offer additional help.

I am using firefox (firefox-3.1a1pre.en-US.linux-i686) on ubuntu 
hardy ... but it uses much of the memory and cpu when accessing 
youtube and other flash sites ... also when left minimized .. it is 
causing much load on the desktop.

I tried firefox-3.1a1pre.en-US.linux-i686  as the preinstalled  one 
with ubuntu hardy has the same problem.

Please note that firefox 2 which i run on the same desktop is much 
more stable with youtube and other flash sites.

Please help me to resolve this problem...

Is this crash still reproducible in the stable release of Firefox 3.5?

Fx 3.0 is EOL. If this bug is still happening on newer version of Firefox then reopen it with correct version of Firefox.
