418578 - Mouse right click does not give Copy, Cut, Paste options

When right clicking on a Calendar entry the only options displayed are Edit Item & Delete Item - Copy and Cut are missing (& maybe Paste if there is an item on the clipboard).

When right clicking on an empty day/space the only options displayed are Previous Month, Next Month & New Event - Paste is missing even if there is an event on the Clipboard.

Copy, Cut & Paste can be used by going to the Edit menu on the Clipboard.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on item - no Cut or Copy (or Paste)
2.Right click on empty space/day - no Paste



Expected Results:  
Right Click on item should offer Cut and Copy (and Paste if an Event is on the Clipboard).
Right Click on blank space/day should offer Paste if an Even is on the Clipboard).
