Steps to reproduce:
1. Load URL
Result: graphic map of US shows with only the top half visible. Safari, FF2 render the image just fine.

The image is a flash movie. Interestingly, mousing over the bottom half reveal parts of it.
There are few similar bugs, like 334321, about weird interaction with Flash movies (some of them are still filed under Camino.

I noticed you're using yesterday's build; is this not better with today's build? Bug 395983 has been landed, and has fixed many Flash-based renderings for me.

Indeed, the whole map displays now on my side. Hovering over the various parts doesn't have the strange effect I mentioned in comment 2.
