If you hit the CTRL key, the cursor shows a "plus sign", so one should think that when holding down CTRL when dragging the contact, it should get copied, otherwise moved. But in reality, the contact is always copied, regardless of the cursor having a "plus sign" attached to it or not. Reproducible: Always
