You know the drill... The account manager has a tree populated by looking at nsAccountManagerDS's data/arcs. This converts the tree to be js-driven. Note that because this depends on bug 418490, I'm not requesting review yet. I don't expect any conflicts though, so as soon as that bug lands, I'll flag a review here.

This patch uses the shared jsTreeView.js file to implement the same tree, which will reduce code duplication across our tree views. Depending on which tree lands first, it may or may not need to go in here.

This is something that I think should be higher priority, since de-RDF would probably be necessary to make the account manager (as opposed to the account wizard) truly extensible).
