Tracking any changes to web services for Zulu. You woudl currently be set to
the en-US defaults but there may be some good localization choices to make to
enhance the user experience.

There may be some specific search engine's like Xhosa-english dictionaries? that
we could add? like http://www.websters-online-dictionary.org/definition/Xhosa-english/

Resolving INCOMPLETE, as is the shipping bug. If we pick this up again, we'll need new bugs.
