Which version of which application are you using?
(Component MailNews:Notifications is definitely wrong.)

Seamonkea / "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 SeaMonkey/1.1.8".
It's ok with Seamonkey / "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111 SeaMonkey/1.1" on a Lapop
Of course I used the Browser, but unfortunately there is no such subcomponent in Bugzilla.

FWIW,
[Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 6.0.2800.1106 (128b, SP1)] (release++) (W2Ksp4)
[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a5pre) Gecko/20070515 SeaMonkey/1.5a] (nightly) (W2Ksp4)
[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008051102 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre] (nightly) (W2Ksp4)
Seem fine/alike.
***
Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
If yes, can you attach a screenshot.

Looks all right in both branch and trunk.
And I don't think that we can be made responsible for broken web pages ;-) Resolving WFM.
