User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080201 Firefox/2.0.0.12 - Build ID: 2008020121 The above page renders perfectly in IE7. With fx2, the block showing the compatibility key covers part of the content of the page. The irony is overwhelming. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Product: addons.mozilla.org → Firefox

I cannot reproduce this on Fx3beta, which is probably why Polvi didn't notice it himself. If that makes you feel better, it reduces the irony ;)
Yup. Works fine on fx3. Weird.
marking worksforme then, FF2 will only get security fixes. And why should this be a problem with an extension ? Does this page work in Firefox2 in the safemode that you used this component ?

The reporter wasn't reporting a Firefox bug, he's reporting a bug with the extension compatibility website which is why it's in the Extension Compatibility component. While the display issues won't be fixed in Firefox 2, the website can be.
