If a new pop up opens right around the same time you select a bookmark, the bookmark opens in pop up instead.
Even if it is pop up with out the tools bars, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Trigger JavaScript pop up
2. Select bookmark
3. Bookmark in pop up
Actual Results:  
The new page loaded in the pop up

Expected Results:  
Loaded in the window that I selected the bookmark.
