On reported bugs/requests with a lot of comments sometimes there can be great workarounds hidden in a deluge of useless comments. (Simple workarounds like installing a plugin.)

Bug 94035 (Firefox Flash blocking) is such an example and one workaround provided there satisfies 99% of my current needs, but because of those many spam comments I didn't see it until some time later when I took a 2nd look.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.find a high comment volume bug/request 
2.post an easy work-around users can do on their own (like installing a plug-in)
3.see it being flushed away with useless comments


Expected Results:  
There should be the ability to add a "Workaround" section to a bug. It should only be used for workarounds the user can do on his own, like installing a plugin.

This Workaround section should be on top, before any comments, maybe even before the description itself. If no Workaround has been added, consider not showing this section.

I understand that attachments currently offer a sort of workaround to my suggestion, but that is not their intended use and I think only the bug creator should be able to add and update the workaround section.

(I am undecided whether the Workaround section should be made in a special noticeable way.)

Bugzilla 3.2 lets you add textarea custom fields. This would match your need.
