Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: "even" and "odd" colors are not the colors set [or not set] by gtkrc Expected Results: using colors from gtkrc or displaying nothing for bg better work upstream to make gtk themes provide such things globally, since they look very good.
