Steps to reproduce:
- New Firefox Profile
- 4 Tabs open - http://www.olemisssports.com/ - http://www.olemisssports.com/SportSelect.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=2600&KEY=&SPID=739&SPSID=12840 - http://www.olemisssports.com/HomePage2.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=2600 and the SQLite AMO Page https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5817
- Install the SQLite Extension
- Restart Firefox
- Open with the SQLite Manager a connection to a Database in my Case to /users/username/Firefox.app
- Close Firefox with connected to this database
